Help people in other parts of the world

This SEAT duo was built, decorated and then auctioned at a whole school Art Exhibition by the students and teachers of Class S29 at Holroyd School Merrylands. They are aptly titled “Day” & “Night”.

The money raised from the SEAT auction will be used to purchase rubber rain boots for the children in Grande Ttio, Peru. They have already raised money for fresh food and undies! See the photos below and read their stories. 

The students of Holroyd School Merrylands participated in S.E.A.T Project to support their community and give something back. They wanted to:

• initiate change,
• be a part of the bigger picture,
• help people in other parts of the world,
• make a difference,
• give instead of receive,

….but most of all, to show that they are CAPABLE of helping others! Holroyd School supports students with moderate and severe intellectual disabilities.
