The S.E.A.T Project was implemented at one of Autism Spectrum (Aspect) Australia’s campuses.
Our class is a Stage 5 Life skills Class with 8 students with Autism. The students enjoyed making the SEATs and all designed and made their own cushions with some support. The students enjoyed hammering in the dowels and looked forward to their turn. I was impressed that they could make contact with the dowel and not hit their fingers! It was a very enjoyable and creative experience for the whole class.”
